PureConnect (CIC) Settings for Carmen Transfer Queue

In order to successfully transfer a call to the Carmen Support Queue your settings on your client will need to allow you to see the queue.

In the CIC settings - the following boxes need checked

CIC Queue Options Checked

Once the settings are correct, type an O to start searching for ODEE. The ODEE Carmen Support Transfer Queue should be at the top of the list. Select it to choose the queue.
