Managing Your Status

Your status lets others know what you are currently doing.


Setting your status allows the rest of your help desk to know what you are currently doing. Green is Ready for Calls and Red is Not Ready.

To set the status click the profile icon in the upper left hand corner to display a pop out window. Choose the appropriate status.

Important Information

Your area may decide to use the other statuses or not. Please ask your help desk supervisor what your business process calls for.

  • Break
  • Meal
  • Meeting
  • Training
