Selecting Your Phone

When using the Genesys system you will also need to select a phone to use. This may or may not be a physical phone. In this example this is a "web phone". Start by clicking on your profile icon in the upper left hand corner.

Click the Select Phone button and start typing your last name into the Select Phone field. The list will update with any phones that are attached to your name. Select the correct phone and you will be connected.
