Currently the new Outlook for Windows, Outlook (new) is available for use, but it is not the supported version here at the Ohio State University.
The reason is because the application still has some missing features and issues that Microsoft needs to work through before we can fully adopt the software. Starting in January you may be prompted to "toggle" between Outlook (classic) and Outlook (new). If you choose to use the Outlook (new) please familiarize yourself with the current limitations.
The current naming convention is Outlook (classic) and Outlook. We are currently supporting Outlook (classic)
